General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for participation in the master classes of the International Music Academy Ferdinand Rebay
Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
The masterclasses offered by the International Music Academy Ferdinand Rebay provide singers, guitarists, flutists, and pianists (accompaniment) the opportunity to enhance their artistic skills in a professional and inspiring environment. The instruction includes individual and ensemble work with a special focus on general repertoire and works by Ferdinand Rebay.
2. Scope of Instruction
All active participants receive at least 45 minutes of individual instruction per day.
In addition to individual lessons, ensemble instruction is provided, focusing on selected works from the classical repertoire and Ferdinand Rebay’s compositions.
The instruction is conducted by experienced faculty members who tailor their teaching to the individual needs of the participants.
3. Conditions of Participation
Target Audience:
The courses are aimed at students, young musicians, and ambitious amateurs seeking artistic development.
Registration:
Registration is valid once the registration fee has been credited to the Music Academy's account. Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation from the International Music Academy Ferdinand Rebay.
The number of participants is limited, and spots are allocated in the order of payment receipt.
4. Fees
The course fees include:

The fee structure is as follows:

Registration Fee: € 100,-

Course Fee: € 250,-
The registration fee is non-refundable.
5. Repertoire and Preparation
Participants will work on both their own repertoire and selected works by Ferdinand Rebay. Suggestions for repertoire and sheet music by Rebay can be requested from the Music Academy or the instructors prior to the course.
Participants are expected to have prepared their respective course repertoire in advance.
6. Final Concert
All active participants will present the works developed during the course in a public final concert. The selection of pieces will be coordinated with the instructors.
7. Withdrawal and Refunds
If participation is canceled after payment, the registration fee will not be refunded.
A refund of the course fee is only possible if the cancellation is submitted in writing at least 30 days before the start of the course.
8. Liability
The International Music Academy Ferdinand Rebay assumes no liability for damages or loss of personal belongings during the courses.
9. Use of Photos and Videos
By registering, participants agree that photos and videos taken during the courses and the final concert may be used by the International Music Academy Ferdinand Rebay for publication on the website, social media channels, and promotional purposes.
10. Accommodation and Meals
Course fees do not include accommodation or meals. Information about nearby accommodations will be provided upon request.
11. Data Protection
By registering, participants agree that their data will be used exclusively for the organization and execution of the masterclasses.
These terms and conditions come into effect upon registration. By paying the registration fee and receiving the confirmation of participation, participants agree to the terms.
